If you like 1970s Butlins, this is for you!

is like going back to the 70s! No kettle, bunk bed above main bed. Paint work all green and tatty, in desperate need of painting. Bathroom sink was like a finger bowl, that small. no separate bathroom! has feeling of a bedsit breakfast was awful. salami for breakfast, warm boiled eggs! dreadful experience and one of the worst hotels I stayed in my life for the money, terrible conditions and zero facilities, no kettle in room etc toilet is like being in a broom cupboard, for £77 is terrible tiny window that opens to lots of noise, traffic. Small tv just a feeling of 1974 Butlins chalet!

On arrival Perri and Amanda was so helpful on arrival noticing that we had had a very long stressful drive. Easy to check in hotel was clean and refreshments available. Got to say I will definitely be returning just for the friendliness of these two girls on the reception

Good value for money .Check in easy and reception staff very friendly. Room basic and small, but clean .. would’ve liked to have had tea and coffee making facilities in the room . Good location . Free on site car parking which was a bonus ! Would definitely return

Kept awake from 2.30am till 9am on our last night of a four night stay. The commotion was caused by a group of young adults running between several rooms on the fourth floor.Door slamming, people talking in the corridors, checked out feeling very tired and ill, drove 6 hours home. Not amused.

Great value and very close to Gunwharf Quays. The reception check in chap, can’t remember his name, lovely young lad very pleasant and professional. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and great shower pressure. There was free parking which is not common in most hotels. This was a bonus. It is close to restaurants, a nice park where I could walk my dog and plenty of shops. Would come back again.
